You have been successful in life, and you have felt there is something which is holding you back from the life you want. Maybe it is a trauma from your past, anxiety, depression, a change in a life situation, relationship issues, or addiction; together you and I can work for you have the life you want. Whether your goal is staying in your current situation, or if it is finding the courage to make a change, I am here to help you let go of things which hold you back from the life you desire. It is my job to help you face the tough stuff in your life. I want to let you share your story fully, even when you think it may make me uncomfortable. I can handle what you have to share. If you are looking for a specific modality, I have training in trauma, Brainspotting, EMDR, and Substance use as well as others I mix in. My approach is eclectic. I am so looking forward to talking with you to see if we are a good fit for each other as there is nothing more important to me than you having the therapist who is the best fit for you to get to the life you want. If I can't see you, I will do my best to help connect you to a therapist who can see you at your desired time and takes your insurance.
