I am here to offer support in identifying sources of connection. Finding a way to feel seen and understood by your partner. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy to assess how your attachment needs and wounds are manifesting in the present. We will work collaboratively towards change. My therapy space is warm, casual, inviting. I use humor to balance the darkness.
