Amy Ouellette

I am passionate about working with adolescents, teenagers and women in all stages of life. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, maternal loss, ADHD, chronic pain, psychedelic integration and life transitions. I believe there is so much more to a person than the problems they are facing. Together we will work to build on your strengths and collaborate to find ways to face the challenges you are experiencing. I have a large toolbox that includes acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practice. I invite clients to share and grow in a non-judgmental space where I listen with compassion and acceptance. I like to incorporate art, meditation and nature into my therapeutic practice. Feelings of sadness, anger and anxiety can overwhelm us. We will explore these emotions and find ways to help you cope with them. I know that feeling stuck can be tough, and it’s okay to seek clarity and support during this time. It’s important to find a path that resonates with you.
