Hi, I'm Roxanne. I assist others in working through life's difficulties using a positive therapeutic alliance and proven techniques that provide you with skills to manage problems on your own when you are ready. I have experience treating individuals with a wide range of mental and behavioral health issues such as trauma, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, anger management, sexual identity, and self esteem related issues. My focus is to provide you with an opportunity for growth in order to shape a happy and healthy future for you and your relationships. I have a focus on trauma-informed care and am dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome challenges and foster positive change in their lives. My approach is built on empathy and a strengths-based perspective. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities that I am professionally trained in to assist others on their journey to wellness.
