I am licensed counselor in Nevada and Utah and offer a holistic approach to counseling focused on the mind and body connection for teens and adults struggling with anxiety, PTSD, and other mood disorder related issues that may be related to trauma. By identifying triggers and underlying issues, we collaborate to define goals and learn new skills to help manage disturbances that may enhance your ability to experience joy. I have over 20 years of experience practicing and leading mindfulness-based practice, am EMDR trained and DBT informed. For telehealth clients, I use a specialized remote EMDR application to provide an authentic EMDR experience. It's important to find someone that you can connect with and are able to trust.
