For parents, are your children struggling with emotion regulation or coping with changes in today’s world? I work with children, teens, and adults using a person-centered, trauma-informed approach. I am grateful for opportunities to help others recognize their potential by tapping into their inner strengths, heal from past traumas, build self-esteem, learn effective coping skills, and find grace and self-compassion in our interconnected lives. As an elementary school counselor, I have extensive experience supporting children facing emotional challenges and barriers.
