I work holistically to help you to restore the mind, body, and spirit connection. While I work with adults of all ages, my specialty is helping women through life transitions. I offer an engaging dynamic relational style that will help you to feel safe and encouraged to do the necessary work to break free from painful patterns. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.
