A moment of deeply connecting with oneself through an embodied experience can allow for spontaneous change, and eliminate the need for constant seeking of new insight or retelling of the story. I listen to both your words and body with deep respect and sensitivity. I accept you as you are. I will help you gather your resources and embody self-compassion and strength, which will enable you to slowly and gently process pain, stress, and trauma. Through our work together, you will experience being able to lovingly soothe the pain, instead of going towards addictive processes or substances. I specialize in helping you become more integrated in mind, body, and spirit. Through experiential processes, such as art, movement, and parts work, you will expand your capacity to respond spontaneously to the present moment, without reacting from past pain and trauma. I am also an LMT. I utilise cranial sacral therapy for nervous system regulation. It takes a lot of courage to begin therapy. I am deeply humbled by this work and the resiliency of the human spirit.
