As a therapist I can work with you to meet your wellness goals in a non judgemental and confidential space. Some of the most common topics I work with are related to military and veterans, first responders and healthcare workers, adolescents and teens, traumatic experiences (PTSD), severe mental illnesses, geriatrics and other life transitions, and family and couples. I am solely offering video Telehealth on a HIPPA compliant platform. The main styles of therapy I offer are Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectal Behavioral, and other types of interactive interventions. Talking with a therapist can be very helpful but it is not always the most comfortable. I can help you make it through that discomfort with a little time and effort. Whatever it is, we can dive in.
