About Mylo

I provide psychotherapy/counseling and clinical interventions for individuals, adults, adolescents children, families and groups. With more than 35 years of experience in providing assessment, and interventions for mental (behavioral) health and substance use related issues. I have also invested many years developing, applying, and perfecting psychotherapy techniques including but not limited to Existential Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, family systems Therapy. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor (LISW-S) and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC). I utilize only the latest evidence based counseling techniques supported by the latest research. I believe that everyone needs a little help at times in their lives. It is then that a competent professional can be extremely beneficial. I am that professional that can provide the assessment skills and psychotherapy necessary for a personal, confidential and trusting relationship that will result in a successful resolution.
