My name is Hannah Day MSW, LSW and I work with adults and adolescents at Open Water Counseling and Recovery. Open Water Counseling has therapist trained in a variety of skills and techniques and are available to treat you individually, with a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. All interventions employed by our staff are evidenced-based, giving you the best chance at recovery based on proven effectiveness. I provide a safe space for all clients to come work through any difficulties they may be facing. I provide compassion, empathy, as well as a non-judgmental zone for all. I provide clients with an outside view and help navigate through negative thought processes. Without struggle, there is no progress. So, let me help you get to where you want to be.
