With 15+ years of experience working with children, teens, & families, I specialize in supporting kids who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, school or social difficulties, & family stressors such as divorce, sibling conflict, or loss. I focus on helping children discover tools and strategies that fit their unique strengths, so they can feel more successful at home, at school, & in their relationships. Together, we’ll work to create lasting growth & resilience for your child & family. I believe every child has great potential. I strive to connect with children to understand their strengths and to help those strengths shine. My goals include teaching children socio-emotional skills to navigate mood and behavioral challenges, friendship and school problems, and school stressors.
