Holistic Healing LLC

I specialize in working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, grief, addiction and eating disorders. I create a supportive space for clients to explore challenging behaviors and difficult emotion such as shame, fear and hopelessness which may be clouding their true potential. Together we will work toward awakening a sense of self acceptance, expansiveness and belonging. I have training in somatic practice, psychedelic assisted therapy and mindfulness techniques and approach therapy from an IFS perspective. My style is compassionate, experiential and relational. I'll provide support and guidance as you uncover the strength and wisdom you already hold inside, ultimately increasing your potential for joy and presence. My goal for our work together is to draw upon your strengths and provide support and guidance as you deepen your relationship to your higher self. Through this process you will learn to trust your intuition and integrate disparaging parts into a cohesive, embodied whole.
