Let's be honest - it's hard out here. Existing in this world is heavy, and many of us struggle with anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, and other painful emotions. Unfortunately, most of us experience traumatic events, childhoods, or relationships, leaving us feeling disconnected from our sense of self. Whatever is showing up for you now, I am here to listen, witness your story, and work with you to rebuild your sense of self-worth, self-trust, and safety. Together, we can safely explore and process your experiences and build a toolkit of skills that can help you move forward, set boundaries, and advocate for yourself. I will welcome you and your full self into the therapy room, creating a validating, neuro-affirming, queer-affirming, and gender-affirming “judgment-free zone” for us to work in. I approach therapy through a lens of flexibility, creativity, and inclusivity, and the skills we work on will be tailored to you. I'll also happily mask up for our sessions! I believe that being in community is an essential part of healing and use an anti-oppression lens. I know the therapy process can feel overwhelming, and want to assure you that we will go at the pace that feels right to you.
