I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) which is an evidenced based therapy. I have 15 years of experience using EMDR therapy with clients. I am certified in EMDR which requires taking advanced workshops every two years in order to maintain certification. I am also an EMDR consultant. NOTE: I do not provide marital or couple's therapy. I provide therapy in a safe and nurturing office space. Our therapeutic relationship is based on trust, attunement and good communication.
