I work with individuals & couples to heal, to know themselves more deeply, and connect more authentically. I cultivate a warm, safe and open therapeutic space, one that will allow you to feel supported as you take emotional risks, learn new skills, and try new experiences - in short, to live a full life on your terms. I am trauma-informed and trained, and center your experience and strengths in our work. I attend to attachment styles and how core experiences and emotions resurface throughout life. I am trained in couple counseling and sex therapy, and I affirm kink, ethical non-monogamy and LGBTQIA+ identities as healthy possibilities for living fully and authentically. While we each have what we need to heal and grow within us, sometimes it takes a skilled healer to help us bring it out.
