My ideal clients are children, teens and women who want to feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate challenges like grief, trauma, or interpersonal conflicts. My priority is to offer a safe, caring space where their experiences are honored and their strengths can develop. Together, we work toward healing, building resilience, and discovering the tools that help them feel grounded and empowered. My hope is to help them embrace who they are and grow into the confident, capable people they are meant to be. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, creating a safe and welcoming space for clients from diverse backgrounds. My approach is trauma-informed, shaped by training and personal experience with grief and loss. I believe healing begins with a strong, trusting relationship, and meeting clients where they are in their healing journey. Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone.
