If you are looking for a therapist who is warm, wants to be with you in the good and the hard, and can adjust between being gentle and direct, I'm your person. I adore working with kids, teens, and adults, supporting clients who are going through life transitions, have big emotions, are neurodivergent, and/or are trying to figure out themselves. I will hold space in your life for your grief, joy, and the challenges of life, incorporating humor/laughter, and having someone who will hold hope for you when it's hard to do so for yourself. Through it all, we can process the hard things and work on skills to increase your confidence. I offer compassionate, collaborative therapy for children, teens, and adults. I specialize in neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism), anxiety, big emotions, and life transitions. I help clients build insight, resilience, and self trust in a space where they can truly be themselves. We may explore boundaries, feeling stuck, stressed, or figuring out who you are. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed and you don’t have to carry it alone.
