I provide individual therapy services to individuals with a primary focus on treating adolescents, young adults and adults struggling with life transitions and challenges. In addition to the stressors and challenges of life changes, I have significant experience working with individuals who experienced trauma in childhood. The primary treatment methods I use in my practice include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR, Trauma Focused Therapies and more. I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your needs. I bring significant experience to the field in the understanding, diagnosing and treatment of childhood trauma. I have significant training and experience in the impact of child trauma and how these experiences impact individuals at different life stages. Each individual's life experience is unique to them. Your experiences have shaped what you do, who you are and how you manage your life. Sometimes, these experiences interfere with living the life you seek and value. I will guide you through the process of self-discovery, self-growth and healing.
