As a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Professional Counselor, I practice therapy that focuses on the emotional wellness of individuals and couples. I work with my clients with an empathetic, accepting and supportive approach, offering constructive feedback that taps into the potential of the client's personal strengths and values. My focus has been working with clients struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief and other mental health concerns with a therapeutic focus on healing trauma, restructuring destructive thought and behavior patterns, and creating self acceptance, empowerment and overall emotional wellness.
