About Lindsay

Handspring is a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. We currently serve children (ages 8-17) and young adults (18 years and over) who are looking for treatment for anxiety, depression, or behavioral difficulties. Our therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, organizational skills training, behavior therapy, exposure & response prevention, and parent management training. We offer individual therapy, family therapy, and parenting training. Our approach tends to work best for families who are able to consistently engage in weekly sessions that are action-oriented, problem-focused, and collaborative. I strongly believe in providing a comfortable and trusting environment by active listening, empathizing, normalizing, and acknowledging the specific needs and desires during each individual encounter. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, paddle boarding, and relaxing at the beach.
