Just because you don't know what the answer is doesn't mean there isn't one. I know that the ability to heal is within you. I am here to support you in finding your answers. Therapy is the perfect place to reflect and awaken to innate creativity and tap your own resources for confronting life's challenges. As your collaborative partner I will be present to you, as I listen, share my insights and provide you with skills to assist you in healing and growth. Together we will work on your goal of gaining relief from painful symptoms, a sense of empowerment and an improved sense of well-being I offer you my decades of work, continued training, my years in personal therapy, my lived experience of stumbling and regaining my footing, and my love for supporting growth. I am patient and compassionate to the human experience and enjoy witnessing others live in their unique authentic expression. As an expressive art therapist I can provide a safe container where powerful emotions can be expressed. The arts can serve as a bridge between yourself and your inner experience. My view of life as a creative process is always my guide whether we talk or paint or write.
