Life can be wonderful, but it also is full of hardships and struggles. Keeping it all inside often leads to more suffering. One can feel caught in patterns affecting all aspects of their lives, but I know people can grow. Therefore, I provide an environment of support, respect, warmth, and empathy where you are heard and seen. My passion is assisting traumatized and distressed patients in their healing. Common trauma symptoms include anxiety; depression; obsessions; compulsions; physical and emotional distress; difficulty concentrating, sleeping, connecting with others; negative feelings and thoughts; and feeling isolated, alone. View 4 Photos I am trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and the Gottman method (level 1 & 2). In addition to traditional talk therapy, I also provide EMDR, neurofeedback, and brain mapping (qEEG). qEEG identifies areas in the brain which need more balancing and regulating. Neurofeedback teaches the brain to change. It takes a lot to share about what you have experienced. Remember, you are not alone. I am here, first and foremost, as a calm place to explore your thoughts and emotions, you are the one in control.
