Morgan Hoffman

I’m a Clinical Social Work Associate, utilizing evidence-based practices such as EMDR to foster healing and growth. My practice additionally integrates CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed, holistic approaches to help clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, work, relationships, and life transitions, while building coping strategies and reconnecting with their strengths. I have experience supporting diverse individuals and families in the U.S. and abroad, including youth and communities impacted by trauma, displacement, and conflict. I specialize in working with survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence and sexual assault. I bridge clinical expertise with body-centered, holistic healing, grounded in inclusive, accessible, and stigma-reducing care. Having worked in trauma-informed mental health and refugee support across the Middle East and North Africa, I bring a culturally responsive lens and have experience collaborating with translators. Above all, I strive to offer a safe, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to heal from trauma and move forward with confidence.
