Counseling is a compassionate, honest, thoughtful conversation where the client feels deeply heard and understood. Individual meaning and wellness come from the complex web of interactions, relationships, and social processes. In a safe and confidential environment, clients can unburden their stress, pain, and suffering without fear of judgment or criticism. Clients are encouraged to think outside the box to find unique solutions to life’s problems. I provide counseling services for ages 18 through adulthood and specialize in anxiety, co-dependency, trauma, life transitions, stress management, burnout, and compassion fatigue. The counseling process may include exploring patterns, building skills, seeing new perspectives, celebrating accomplishments, and creating plans to continue success and happiness. Counseling is a collaborative process to help you make sense of your world and understand your perspectives. You will be honored and supported as you develop greater insight to meet life's challenges with grace, dignity, and better long-term results.
