Often, the biggest relief comes from finally feeling truly understood. I work with children, teens, and young adults who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, angry, or unsure of themselves. Many are facing big life changes, emotional struggles, grief, or low self-esteem, and just want to feel understood and supported. I offer a warm, creative, and collaborative space where they can explore their inner world, build emotional awareness, and gain tools to feel more confident and resilient. My goal is to help young people feel more at ease with who they are and more hopeful about where they’re headed. My approach to counseling is person-centered, with a constant consideration for attachment theory and maintaining a trauma-informed lens. I’ve always believed in the power of play and expressive arts as transformative tools for growth and healing. Reaching out for help can feel scary, but you’re courageous and not alone.
