Hi, I'm Jason (he/him), a therapist at the Center for Authentic Growth. In therapy, most of us need more than just verbal processing; we need nervous system processing. We need a sense of safety and connection- to ourselves, to our loved ones, and to the world in general. I work with a wide variety of issues- some of my specializations are depression, anxiety, trauma, and identity exploration.
