Not accepting new patients at this time. I offer therapy for children 8 and up, young people, and adults. My aim is to help clients gain skills and insight so that they can learn to self regulate, establish confidence and increase self esteem, reduce anxiety and stress, and understand healthy boundaries. I also offer parents a time to reflect and learn new techniques to better their relationship with their child or children. I offer attachment based, strength based, and Collaborative Problem Solving approaches to help children, adolescents, and families work through challenging life transitions. I do offer Telehealth and in person sessions. My practice is located on my property, and allows clients the option to walk, talk, sit outside, listen to nature, etc. It is located where there are children and pets, and while all are safe, not all are always obedient (chickens mainly!).
