About Jon

I believe that everyone can achieve goals that improve lives and empower individuals to live the best version of themselves. With kids and teens, I lean heavily on play therapy interventions, CBT, experiential activities, as well as other trauma-focused therapy techniques and interventions, in order to give clients the space and time they need to process hard things. With adults, I use a variety of interventions that match well with client needs. I gladly serve the needs of adolescents, teens, BIPOC, and LBGTQ+ individuals.
