When a person is having mental health concerns/issues or when someone is struggling in life, they need to know that help isn't as scary as it sounds. I stay very down to Earth and accepting of all walks of life regardless of their background or situation. People in general have experiences that they may be embarrassed to talk about or even have a feeling of being ashamed. If you feel that the world has you down and you're struggling with mental health but want more out of life then you have found the right person to help. I strive to make each client feel valuable and comfortable while believing in their ability to heal. View 6 Photos I have a primary interest in helping those who have experienced truama of any kind during any period of life to include military truama, anxiety, depression, marital and family issues, PTSD, adjustment disorders, bi-polar I & II, eating disorders, social anxiety, social dysfunction, emotional disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder(s), and far more. I feel that everyone, regardless of age, is capable of positive change and forward momentum in life. I look at the whole person in their whole environment to promote complete wellness and relief. We can't always handle everything that life throws our way, so sometimes we need to reach out to a helping hand who genuinely cares about positive results.
