I offer Coaching and Psychological Services for those who would like to bring the practices of their daily lives into greater congruence with their deeply held values and aspirations, and also for those who would like to cultivate body acceptance and create balance with their eating and movement. I collaborate with clients to clarify their intentions and to create an atmosphere of acceptance and mindful awareness which facilitates positive change. As a narrative coach, I offer a process of inquiry that facilitates your connection with what matters most to you. My 35 years experience as a psychologist working with people with eating and body image concerns has led me to believe that being grounded within our bodies and honoring the wisdom within ourselves is central to the process of transformation. I offer the Embodying Compassion approach, which incorporates skills of mindfulness, self-compassion, and a structured process to challenge highly critical narratives often derived from cultural influences which can interfere with our capacity to freely offer our unique gifts to the world.
