My ideal client wants to work toward bettering themselves, their relationships, and/or family systems with the goal to feel more grounded, empowered, and emotionally connected—to themselves and to others. They want to understand their patterns, shift their inner dialogue, and live in a way that feels more authentic and aligned with who they are. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief, relational patterns shaped by early attachment wounds, trauma, mood disorders, or psychosis. My approach prioritizes stability, trust-building, and collaborative treatment planning. I love to learn and enjoy integrating different modalities into my practice, finding what fits best for each client (integration/eclectic). Some of these approaches involve exploring early childhood relationships and how they may have shaped a person’s personality and behavior.
