If you are experiencing the disorientation and distress of life transitions, including family changes, divorce, retirement, perinatal concerns, menopause, or faith shifts, I can help. My training and experience is in trauma and person-centered therapy, meaning: I want to help you in the way you want to be helped! Despite what you're currently experiencing, or have experienced in the past, you can find yourself again, learn skills to stay grounded, and find a way forward in your hopes, dreams and relationships. View 3 Photos I am trained in EMDR and Parts & Memory, which are efficient, trauma-informed, and hope-filled therapy techniques. Additionally, I specialize in helping ease symptoms of anxiety and/or ADHD. I enjoy working with many walks of life: couples and families, young adults, middle-aged women and men, retirees, and kids/pre-teens. I welcome and support people of all faiths and worldviews. I offer Christian-based counseling if desired. Outside of my practice, I’m raising four teenagers, and enjoy music, calligraphy, watercolor, and spending time outdoors.
