Kara Beasley

My name is Kara Beasley and I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tennessee Tech University (2024) and am currently working towards licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service designation (LPC-MHSP). I specialize in supporting teens girls and young adult women who are navigating life transitions, struggling with anxiety, trauma, low self esteem, or relationship challenges. I am here to support you through life's transitions and help you build a stronger, more empowered sense of self. I take a holistic approach to treatment and focus on the connection with mind, spirit, and body. My goal is to cultivate a safe, supportive environment where you feel free to take off the mask. My mission is to help you build more insight, confidence, and implement the tools to move forward with clarity and resilience. Counseling is not a one-size-fits-all process. I am passionate about creating a space that honors your unique needs- whether that means incorporating structure, creative arts, or a trauma informed approach. Reaching out can feel intimidating, but it's also a courageous first step, and I am delighted to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
