I offer affirming, ACT focused, trauma informed therapy, with techniques from many therapeutic methods. These methods promote psychological flexibility including opening up, being more fully present in your life, and acting based on personally identified values. I embrace what is unique about you as an individual, and help you grow from you own strengths. I truly love helping people see past their doubts, fear, and symptoms, to go beyond their own symptoms and histories, while not minimizing the real challenges these may present.
