Hannah Rogak

The people I enjoy working with most are people who aren't sure therapy is for them, or haven't had great experiences- I get what it's like for therapy not to go well. I'm casual in how I show up to sessions (not stiff or professional), while also having 11 years of experience and training to support clients to more resilient ways of living. I have a non-pathologizing & liberation-oriented lens of people and society. I have lived many lives in places both urban & rural, so I find I can connect to a wide range of people. I have some expertise with clients who are: queer, trans, kinky, ENM/polyam, neurodiverse. I've completed training: Somatic Experiencing, Gottman couples therapy, Emotionally-Focused therapy, Internal Family Systems, sandtray, experiential therapy My approach comes from a place of unconditional positive regard (no shaming or guilting) and client-directed healing. I am comfortable balancing gentleness and directness so that clients feel heard and respected while still moving towards change.
