Hi, thanks for being here. It can feel challenging to think about starting therapy and overwhelming to know what brings you or your family to seek support. I know that finding the right fit can help you feel safe and create goals that feel aligned with who you are and your strengths. My hope is that you can feel better in your day to day life, find balance, and discover what you need to heal. I have a background in family therapy and am certified in ecopsychology. I approach my work from a humanistic lens and incorporate expressive arts, psychodynamic, and solutions focused modalities. I have experience working with trauma, attachment, depression, anxiety, transitions, ADHD and LGBTQIA+ clients. My focus is to help you connect, evolve, expand, and become aware of your strengths and skills. I provide a grounding safe space, listen to your hopes, goals, struggles and work to meet you where you are at.
