Ashley Leeman

In my work I intend to bring authenticity, compassion and a human centered approach. I specialize in working with women, am trained in perinatal mental health and have experience working with those looking to address past or recent sexual trauma and/or mistreatment. I am certified in EMDR which I utilize to facilitate healing past trauma, gaining deeper connection to your present self, find a sense of safety within, and adjust the cycle for the future. Through this I also bring body oriented work into this space, deepened the impact for gradual and long lasting change. I also offer EMDR intensives for an expedited healing experience for both individuals and couples. Intensive formats are particularly supportive to individuals or couples who have experienced a recent critical incident, sudden loss or other recent distressing events.
