At Find Your Line Counseling, I’m committed to helping you feel better while we work to address what’s causing your pain and build skills to help you thrive in your journey forward. I provide compassionate, skilled psychotherapy to adults (18+) experiencing anxiety, challenges related to ADHD (ADD), major life changes, depression, and grief. My approach is empowering, respectful of the mind/body connection, and integrative, which means I utilize therapeutic modalities based on each client’s needs and suitability. Theraputic modalities I use include ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Brainspotting, somatic therapies, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) . Call or send a message to get started.
