Typical clients are adults, both young and old, struggling with life responsibilities at work and home. I see a lot of anxiety in the population today that can easily be minimized once one feels safe in todays environment and a path forward is identified. I work often with clients struggling with grief and loss. I specialize in working with complex trauma, which often begins in childhood. I facilitate the client in processing those events to find they are safe in today's environment. Feel free to meet with me and discover if we are a good fit for each other.
