Hello, my name is Serenity. I am bilingual (English/Español). My primary goal as a therapist is to offer a safe space for you. My hope is that you always feel heard and supported and that our sessions help expand your capacity to improve your life and the relationships that matter most to you. Beyond normal talk therapy, I have found there can be many benefits to creative exploration through music, art, singing, play, walking, or any other method you are comfortable with. I believe that people thrive when they feel encouraged, empowered, and socially connected. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+, hospice/caregiving/palliative care, and life transitions & adjustments. In addition, I am adept in working with individuals struggling with chronic pain, grief, post-partum, and anger. Making small positive changes in a person’s life often leads to larger positive changes over time. Being open to talking with someone could be one of those small positive changes. I am here for you when you are ready.
