My goal is to arm you with new skills and insight to help bring about the change you desire, improving your relationship with yourself and the world around you. Your mind has powerful creative capacity to allow you to thrive or to be overwhelmed. We address unhealthy beliefs and thinking patterns, or the way events were processed in body and mind. We explore the impact of trauma holistically in order to heal. Going from maladaptive patterns to healthy adaptive ways of being and living. I help adults who experience: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Anger, Divorce, Life Transitions, Grief, Codependency, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem, Stress, and more.
