As an EMDR trained Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, I specialize in helping women break past cycles, reclaim their voice, and create healthier relationships—with others and themselves. I am working on a second Master’s degree in Women and Gender Studies, so I am deeply committed to understanding the societal factors that will and likely have impacted my clients. Intersectionality is a very important part of my approach. I aim to get to the root of your disturbance. My goal is to guide women to see the power they wield within themselves. I want to help you build awareness and dismantle the negative core beliefs that you've developed about your place in the world.
