About Dr.

Are you in need of additional support and direction to get through difficult moments? Are you struggling with issues that have been around for weeks, or even years? For 30 years, I have been working with adults who are looking to break old patterns (thinking, eating, behaving), take better care of themselves, and create a more mindful way of living. Being in practice for 30 years, I have helped clients improve their coping and communication skills and to be kinder to themselves. People who struggle with their weight and/or experience poor body image; depression; anxiety; and chronic illness, are my specialties. I work closely with physicians using a holistic approach. Clients have appreciated the idea that our pasts help create part of who we are, but they don't have to define or create our future. They have expressed gratitude for warmth, kindness, and immediate comfort in knowing that they are not alone and that there is hope for future change. They also appreciate learning coping techniques.
