Using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), I support clients facing complex trauma, codependency, unhealthy attachments, and comorbid disorders.
