I'm really passionate about helping people understand how their past is influencing their life currently and helping them develop insight to make changes for a more fulfilling life. I have specialized trauma training to help clients resolve not only the "big T" traumas but also the "little t stuff"... the chronic smaller traumas that shape and mold us too. I get that not everyone wants to dig up the past and also offer counseling for those who want to work through current issues and learn new skills and coping mechanisms. I use evidenced-based treatment methods including EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, and Client Centered Therapy. I understand that reaching out is sometimes the hardest step to take. I'm here to help!
