I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Gottman Couples Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) depending on your presenting needs. I have experience working with young adults, adults, and elderly. My modalities include individuals, couples, and groups. I have worked with clients experiencing trauma, bullying, cyber bullying, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, coping with life transitions, relationship issues, post-secondary planning, and career exploration.
