I specialize in person centered forward thinking goal setting, teaching and the application of real life coping skills. Your physical health, mental health and spiritual health is the focus of real active life changes. My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, parenting, trauma and life transitions. I have experience with many different modalities such as CBT, DBT, Schema, mindfulness and take a person-centered approach. I have experience working with children, adults, and families. I am an adult child of an alcoholic. I’ve gone on my own healing journey through childhood/adult trauma, and fell in love with helping others come out on the other side. My own lived experience includes the family court system, domestic violence, and SA. I empathize not only with lived experience but the promise to guide you through your healing journey.
