The challenge of overcoming a personal trauma may seem overwhelming in itself; The additional burden of navigating a chaotic and sometimes harsh world may make healing feel impossible. I understand the importance of addressing the intersection of both the person and environment. As a queer, non-binary, first-generation Latinx therapist, I bring a compassionate and affirming approach to our therapeutic journey. I approach therapy with humor and kindness, honoring and empowering your voice, while gently challenging any patterns you may be stuck in. I want to emphasize that I'm not a blank slate therapist; instead, I bring a relational approach to therapy. My practice is trauma-informed, sex-positive, kink-conscious, SW-inclusive, and poly/CNM-affirming. I have expertise in LGBTQIA2S+ issues and guiding trans/GNC folks through gender exploration.
