For the past decades, I have had the pleasure of treating and families here in the Lowcountry. I work with clients who have a variety of mood disorders (such as Bipolar Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder), Anxiety Disorders (such as Panic Disorder & Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), ADHD, Physical and Sexual abuse, Developmental Disorders, Bereavement, etc. The healthcare community uses labels to diagnose, understand and treat mental disorders. However, in my practice, I strive to treat my clients as individuals and give them the respect they deserve. I pride myself on creating a safe, nurturing, therapeutic relationship with my clients. I specialized in Marriage and Family Therapy. Helping families improve communication, reduce conflict and gain a better understanding of one another still excites me.
